DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free shipping on all orders over £200 (International) and £100 (UK).

UK ORDERS

Smaller UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, whereas parcels over 2kg inland are sent with DPD or Parcelforce. These services usually take 2 to 3 days to arrive once dispatched (please allow 5 working days from the point of ordering). A signature is required on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent Untracked or Tracked with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or DPD. Live rates are calculated at check out depending on the size of your order.

Please note that with Untracked services, once sent, we will have no way to monitor the progress of your package. If your package does not arrive within 3 months of the order date, we will send a second package, however half of the cost of the order must be covered by you.

If, alternatively, you choose a Tracked service at checkout, your package will be sent by either Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce (depending on the weight).

Please leave up to 4 weeks from the point of ordering to receive your package. These services track the package as far as the departure airport and will pick up again once your parcel lands overseas, assuming the destination country also offers this service.

Please contact us if your order is urgent or you wish us to gift wrap it and/or include a card.

If your order summary does not already contain a tracking number (only available once the order has been dispatched), you may request this by contacting us, assuming you have selected a tracked service.
