Gawthorpe Star Ornament Kit

by Natalie Dupuis

This fun design was created especially for beginners to metal thread embroidery.

Inspired by an interesting early 20th century sampler of stars, this design has been cleverly re-imagined by Natalie as a festive decoration. Your finished embroidery will be a double-sided ornament, stitched on a deep red silk and enhanced by a hand-made tassel with 24-karat beads.

How we give back

We are passionate about keeping embroidery alive for future generations and supporting the talented artisans and dedicated technicians involved in their care.

To do this, where possible, we donate a percentage of the proceeds of the sale of our kits to the castle, country house, or institution that the original embroidery belongs to.
